Your support is essential in helping provide a stable foundation for young adults transitioning into adulthood. As a sponsor, your contribution will directly support the operational needs of The Park Apartments, impacting lives of transitional age youth in our community, setting them up for future success.
Giving forty-five young adults a roof over their heads and a place to call home is just the first step. Many of these young adults have never paid rent before or had to clean their apartments. Some may want to continue with their education while others may want to look for a job. But to accomplish these things, and more, they need someone that they trust to coach and guide them. They need someone to celebrate their accomplishments and encourage them when things do not go the way that they hoped. We are reaching out to you for funding so that our team can provide this to this young adults. With your support, Park Apartments serving an at-risk population in our community will become a reality.
Financial need: $750,000 in philanthropic dollars to provide supportive services
to residents for the first three years of the building’s operations.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Lead Partner: $150,000+ ($50,000/year)
● Exclusive branding as the “Lead Partner” across all primary signage, donor wall, and in a prominent location on Park Apartments’ website landing page
● Naming rights for main community room as a legacy dedication
● Platinum-tier logo placement on all digital and printed project materials, including social media

● Annual sponsorship update report detailing the impact of support on services provided, including resident success highlights
Supporting Sponsor: $30,000+ ($10,000/year)
● Recognition on the donor wall
● Silver-tier logo placement on Park Apartments website landing page and project-related materials, including on social media
● Invitation to ribbon-cutting and exclusive sponsor events, including a sponsor tour prior to resident occupancy
● Annual progress update outlining impact on resident services
Community Sponsor: $15,000+ ($5,000/year)
● Name recognition on donor wall, acknowledging commitment over the three years
● Bronze-tier logo placement on Park Apartments website landing page and project-related materials, including social media
